*Important points to note when making a booking

Your contact details
Please take care to enter all your details correctly as we may need to contact you with regard to your booking. If these details are inaccurate it may lead to cancellation without notice.

Your Email Addresses
Please take care to enter your correct email address as your email confirmation / rejection is automatically sent to the email you supply. If this is incorrect we cannot be responsible for getting the information to you and will not be able to refund your booking. Please do not disregard any of our email correspondence as junk email.

Terms and Conditions of booking
Please take care to read our terms and conditions and ensure you understand our cancellation policy prior to making a booking online and please note that any amendments and cancellations made directly with the hotel will be invalid and you will be liable for our charges in full.

Booking Confirmation
Booking is quick and easy, once you have processed your booking, entered your credit card details and clicked continue, your booking will confirm in approx. 30 seconds (if it is an available booking). You can then click into your booking id and print your voucher once the booking has changed from pending to confirmed status. Alternatively you can access your booking at any later stage via your account.

A brief summary of our cancellations and amendments policy is outlined below but please also read our terms and conditions in full.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Cancellations will incur the charge for the first night's accommodation
Any cancellations made more than 3 months in advance will incur a £25.00 GBP charge
All cancellations and amendments made within 7 days of departure will incur full cost and be fully non-refundable
Any Amendments will incur a £25.00 GBP charge per booking
100% cancellation charges will apply to dates of stay falling within a Fair or exhibition period
Apartment and sightseeing bookings are fully non refundable once confirmed

Q How do I access my account
A Log onto our website, click on my account then enter the email address you entered when making the booking originally (all spelling must be correct)

Q What is my password?
A At the time of booking password was optional. If you requested your password via “Forgotten your password” link and the email is returned blank, you did not enter one and can proceed to your account without it.

Q My voucher?
A If you have any difficulty printing please contact us immediately as you must bring your voucher to the hotel. If your computer does not support Java script you will experience difficulties printing your voucher

Prices
Q Does the price include tax and breakfast?
A The price quoted includes, room, breakfast, local services and tax (Unless otherwise specified), but does not include extras such as transfers, parking or other hotel facilities (unless otherwise specified).

Q Are there any other charges?
A Some hotels charge for the use of their facilities. Examples of such facilities are Gym, spa, swimming pool and car park.

Q Is the price per room or per person?
A The price shown on this website is per room. However the prices featured in our special offer section are outlined per person per night and are strictly subject to specific dates and our availability.

Q Is the price per night or for the duration of the stay?
A The price shown is for the total number of nights that have been entered by you into the website.

Q What are the online special offers?
A We outline a selection of hotels, these tend to be the most frequently booked by our customers, so they are thrir popular choices not our recommendations. Also we do not guarantee lowest price or have any price promise for such offers (or any of our offering).

Payment
Q Is it secure to enter your credit/debit card details?
A Our payment page is secure and your credit card details will be encrypted once entered.

Q At what stage do I make payment?
A Full payment is debited from your account once your booking is confirmed. Your booking is then subject to our terms and conditions that you should read carefully prior to making a booking.

Q In what currency do we take payment
A We offer our prices in the following three currencies and you are free to chose which currency on our home page prior to making a booking
Euro (EUR)
US Dollars (USD)
Pounds Sterling (GBP)

Note: There may be currency variances or fluctuations

Q Is any payment taken if the booking is rejected?
A When you select a hotel that is ON REQUEST, an inquiry is made to your credit card account to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the entire cost of the accommodation, if the booking is rejected we release the hold on your funds at the end of that day.

Q Who am I making the Payment to?
A The payment is made directly to needahotel.com

Q Do I have to make any further payments?
A When your booking is confirmed the amount is debited from your account and therefore no extra payment is required for accommodation. You only need to pay the hotel directly for extras i.e. parking / dining / leisure facilities etc.

Please note: If you amend your booking there will be further charges

Q Are bookings final once confirmed?
A Please read terms and conditions carefully as there are charges for amending and cancelling bookings.

Q What happens if my booking becomes unavailable?
A In the unlikely event that your booking becomes unavailable please see terms and conditions “Unavailability” for full details. Such situations are beyond our control.


Booking information
Q When do I get a confirmation reference number?
A Once your booking is fully confirmed your will receive a voucher via email, your confirmation number will be located on the voucher and will like this: LLBF98765432. As you make each request online a booking ID is generated that looks like this: 123345 -This is NOT your confirmation number and may not be a complete booking.

Q Do I need a booking confirmation / voucher?
A Yes, always print your booking confirmation and present it at the hotel. Simply printing your confirmation email is not sufficient, You can print your confirmation via the link in the email that is sent you you or by going into your account on our home page. Always bring your voucher or there may be confusion or double payment at the hotel.

If you have any difficulty printing your confirmation voucher, please contact us.

Q Who do I contact if I have any questions or have a query about my booking?
A Always contact us as any amendments or cancellations made directly with the hotel are invalid.

Q Do I have to arrive on the first day of my Booking?
A Yes, If you fail to arrive on the first date of the booking the subsequent nights will be cancelled and full charges will apply.

Q Will the hotel be aware of our booking prior to our arrival?
A All our bookings are held under general allocation and the hotel is only advised of your name 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.


Q What is a day-let room?
A A day-let room is a bedroom available for the daytime only and will not be available to you overnight. Your day-let room voucher will still show 1 night due to programming restrictions but will be for one day only. Day-let rooms are clearly marked on the website and will usually be a feature in an airport hotel.

Q What are "no facilities" or "shared facilities"?
A Many budget hotels offer rooms with no facilities. This will consist of a bedroom with no en-suite bathroom. You will have to share these facilities with the other guests.

Q How can I book a suite/superior room?
A If you wish to book a suite/superior room email us and we can look after your requirements.

Q Can room types vary?
A Yes, room types vary from hotel to hotel and country to country. For example a triple room may consist of three single beds or one double and one roll up bed. Also, often double rooms may consist of two single bed made up as one. Please contact us if you need any clarification.

Q Why do hotels without immediate availability appear on this website?
A Hotels with no immediate availability still appear as we can request further allocation from the hotel, the hotel accepts or rejects these bookings at their discretion.

Q What happens if the hotel I chose is unavailable?
A You will be offered the most suitable alternative hotel if one is available. The alternative will be offered to you via e-mail and you will have 48 hours from the time you made the booking to accept this alternative, once accepted your credit card will be charged.

If you do not choose the alternative offered to you it will automatically be released without payment.

Q Can it take longer then 24 hours to confirm a booking on request?
A Bookings ON REQUEST are usually processed within twenty-four hours. Very occasionally it may take longer than that if the hotel reservations office is closed, particularly if you process your booking at the weekend. Also take into consideration time differences.

Q In which destination will the hotel I chose be located?
A When you search for a hotel in a destination, all the surrounding regions may also appear for your convenience. Please ensure to read the address of the hotel you choose or contact us for assistance.

Q Where will my hotel be located exactly?
A The hotel's approximate Location is stated below each hotel name i.e. 5km from city center, please take note of the closest city as it may not be the destination you chose but a surrounding city.

Q What Airport will be closest to my hotel?
A Please note that the hotel description includes the distance to the closest major airport. Please note that this may not be the airport to which you are arriving. Please contact us for assistance.
